Kelly (Brennan) Katz, M.S.

Kelly has a proven track record of bringing discipline and structure to complex transformation initiatives.  She has created and implemented strategic change programs to help organizations overcome a diverse mix of business challenges, including simultaneous changes in process, technology, organizational structure and roles.

With a background in industrial and organizational psychology, Kelly understands the forces that impact employee behavior, performance, and satisfaction.  Her ability to ask insightful questions and view opportunities and challenges from multiple perspectives enables her to develop practical solutions that achieve strategic priorities.

Kelly’s natural curiosity, adaptability, and results-driven approach make her a valuable asset to her clients.  She has served, and fostered strong relationships with, leaders of Caterpillar Inc., CNA Insurance, Hallcon, Hillshire Brands, US Foods, USG, and Premise Health.

Kelly received both her Bachelor of Arts and Master of Science degrees in industrial/organizational psychology from DePaul University in Chicago, Illinois, and is certified in Prosci change management methodology.

She and her husband live in the Lakeview neighborhood of Chicago.  While Kelly appreciates all the city has to offer year round, she particularly enjoys being outdoors during the warmer months and can often be found biking the Lakefront Trail and exploring Chicago’s premier patios and rooftops.
