Emily is an experienced organizational development and human resources consultant with a history of success facilitating strategic change within organizations. She partners closely with her clients to assess their unique needs and develops smart, customized solutions to help engage employees to strengthen performance and improve organizational culture.
Passionate about her work, Emily brings an undeniable energy and positivity to each engagement that engenders employee trust and commitment to critical business initiatives. Over the years, she has helped define an organizational change management model and supporting tools to build internal change management capability. Emily has also played a significant role in establishing centralized training systems to develop existing employees and onboard new talent. Additionally, she has supported efforts to evolve sales culture to serve growing business needs.
Emily received her Bachelor of Arts in industrial/organizational psychology from DePaul University in Chicago, Illinois, and her Master of Science in personnel and human resource development from the Illinois Institute of Technology. She lives in the Lakeview neighborhood of Chicago with her husband and their two boys and enjoys traveling every chance she gets.
