Emily Twichell, Ph.D.
Emily is an organizational psychologist and change management consultant who works closely with leaders to develop flexible and tailored solutions to address their most complex business challenges. She dives deep into the organizations she serves, learning the ins and outs of her clients’ business to gain the awareness and understanding necessary to anticipate needs and provide counsel and execution support to ensure success.
Emily has worked with companies spanning multiple industries, including insurance, food services, manufacturing, and health care. She has partnered with clients such as CNA Insurance, US Foods, USG Corporation, and AIG Insurance, to drive adoption of new technology, acquire and develop new talent, and implement critical sales optimization initiatives. Prior to joining DCG, Emily was with CareerBuilder.com, guiding clients’ talent acquisition and retention strategies, as well as facilitating training to upskill sales and customer support representatives.
Emily received her Bachelor of Business Science from Baldwin Wallace College in Berea, Ohio, and her doctorate in industrial/organizational psychology from DePaul University in Chicago, Illinois.
When not helping clients, Emily can be found planning her next big travel adventure and loves visiting family and friends across the country.
