Christine (Sintich) Sliwicki, M.H.R.I.R.

A seasoned change management consultant and executive coach, Christine partners with clients across various industries to drive strategic initiatives and deliver results. For more than 20 years, she has helped companies elevate performance through effective organizational design, strategy alignment and execution, and the successful integration of corporate cultures.

She has advised and coached executives across all functional areas of an organization and played critical roles on teams leading global enterprise transformations fueled by changes in strategy, technology, process, and culture.  Prior to joining Daniels Consulting Group, Christine served Accenture’s Talent and Organizational Performance practice for 12 years.

Possessing a unique combination of psychology and business experience, Christine helps to ensure that leaders and their teams are effectively executing strategic priorities while creating an environment that lends itself to overall success.  She values the strong, trusted relationships she shares with her clients and is passionate about helping them engage employees to build aligned and high-performing organizations.  Over the years she has served prominent companies, such as PepsiCo, Hillshire Brands, Motorola, Rite Aid, McDonald’s, Walgreens, Sara Lee, USG Corporation, Johnson Controls, and CNA Insurance.

After receiving her Bachelor of Science in psychology from the University of Dayton in Dayton, Ohio, Christine earned a master’s degree in HR management and industrial relations from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.  She is also trained in CTI’s Co-Active Coaching® model.

Christine, her husband, and two vibrant daughters live in Chicago and take advantage of all the amazing experiences to be had on the lakeshore and in the city’s parks and downtown area.
